Return Policy:

Is your Dovetail Workwear item not quite right? No worries! We accept returns as long as they meet the following three simple conditions. Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn (except for trying on) and in new condition, with all tags still attached. Items that are dirty, stained, smelly, covered in pet hair, washed, or clearly used won't be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Click here to access the Return Portal.
  2. Provide your order number (e.g., #DTW1001) and use the same email address as when you placed your order.
  3. A $10 return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
  4. You will be provided with a return shipping label.
  5. You'll be notified via email when your return has been received and when your refund has been processed.

Please allow 14 business days for your return and refund to be processed. The refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price of the item, minus the $10 return fee. Original outgoing shipping fees (if any) are not included in the refund.

Exchanges:

We do not process exchanges. Please return your item (see above) and place a new order on the site.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Still no luck? Please contact us at dovetailworkwear@insport.ca.

Warranty:

Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year from the purchase of Dovetail Workwear brand products manufactured by Dovetail Workwear. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

Please understand that no matter how well you care for your product, materials will begin to experience natural breakdown and show wear over time; normal wear is not considered a defect. Product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, or that is older than one year from purchase, is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Duration of the Limited Warranty:

This Limited Warranty is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase of the item. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase may be required.

Dovetail Workwear's Course of Action:

Photographic evidence will be required, or we may request products be returned to us for evaluation. If we determine that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, we will offer replacement parts with a partial refund, replace the item, or issue a credit equivalent to the MSRP value within four weeks of inspection.

If your item was purchased from an authorized retailer, resolution should be sought directly through the retailer.
