Many have asked for vibrant versions of their Dovetail faves– to that we say, “yes please, with paprika on top!” This deep orange pant with cool grey contrast stitching has a taste of vintage workwear, and a big dose of 21st century storage. With a more relaxed fit, Anna Taskpant in Paprika is the perfect pairing of work pants worth their grit, and a solid dose of Colour. Inspired by the women who dyed their own Painter’s White Anna Taskpants, we worked hard in the lab to find a shade as vibrant as Dovetail’s signature paprika.

Named after multitasking Anna Laxague, a ski resort risk manager, wood artist, and mom to an avalanche patrol dog, this pant, like its namesake, lives for a busy day– or week– or month. Its silhouette is casual, relaxed from hip to leg. Anna Taskpant a seriously comfortable work pant for women who mean business, thanks to a tool loop, crotch gusset, ample pockets for tools, or treats for the pup.

  • If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low.
