It’s like pie. Sometimes the crust with 3 ingredients is better than the one that’s trying too hard. Our Long Sleeve Wicking Tee is that timeless basic. We went deep into building the best long sleeve work tee, spending long hours in our fabric test kitchen for this one. Softness, wicking, UPF 25. These 3 essential work tee ingredients are baked into a custom fabric, then shaped to perfection. Wear it alone, or underlayer it in any of our tasty colors. Delicious.

FABRIC

Don’t underestimate the lightweight.

  • Lightweight poly/cotton blend
  • Fabric content: 50% polyester/ 37% cotton/ 13% rayon
  • Moisture-wicking, UPF 25

We made this fabric custom, because others didn’t cut it. Soft on the skin, sweat-wicking, and sun-protective, this one gets the job done. Go hard, stay comfy.

CARE

You got it dirty, now get it clean.

  • Wash cold.
  • Hang dry. If you must tumble, tumble low to damp dry.

We get it's tempting to wash that dirty top in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of it. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.

Soft, flattering but arms a bit tight

"These are very comfy and soft. I’ve got a 36” bust and a 27” waist, 5’6”. I ordered a medium in the hopes that it would have extra room to wear a thin wool thermal underneath. The trunk is roomy, the way I wanted but the arms are actually a little tight and I haven’t tried squeezing a thermal in there yet. Im still pleased, they are very nice quality! Just beware of tight sleeves if you’ve got guns."
