Built with all the features women love—11 functional pockets, rugged durability, generous stretch, and a women's-specific fit that moves with your body—these thermal work pants for women show up strong when temps drop. We partnered with the wizards at our fabric mill to engineer this pant from the fiber up, based on exactly what working women told us they need in a winter work pant. The result? HotSwap® Stretch Denim: a Dovetail-exclusive fabric that's 40% warmer than regular denim, with a brushed interior that's super soft, flexible, and never bulky. It looks and feels like your favorite denim on the outside, and works like a performance base layer on the inside. Bonus points for thermoregulation, so you stay warm without overheating when you're on the move or working indoors. And because it's made with recycled fibers, it works a little harder for the planet too.

We get it's tempting to wash those dirty pants in hot water and tumble dry the hell out of them. But like any high-quality tool, this one will last longer with TLC. Heat messes with our special stretch sauces and secret weatherizing potions. And it can shrink, warp, and otherwise damage the fine fabrics that make Dovetail Workwear sturdy, comfortable, and tough on the job. So for a long life, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble low. The planet will thank you too.
