This heavyweight saddle brown canvas is a tad darker in color than our that found in our saddle brown Maven X and Freshley Overall.

"I have two pairs, and am up at the lake doing work all day. I have one in the wash and one ready to go at all times. They fit, they are the right level of material so that little spikes and splinters bounce off and the hip pockets are in the right place, right where your hands naturally land. Absolutely love."
"Was super eager to try this brand, bought these for work in a lumber yard. The material feels very durable and seemed promising. Holes had already worn in the pockets and above the hammer strap simply from pens in pockets and a tacker in the hammer strap within two months. At almost three months a three large holes tore at the seam in the inner thigh, and another hole worn into the other inner thigh over time. Extremely disappointing for the price. I really wanted to love them and have been interested in so many dovetail products but unfortunately these held up worse than a cheap pair of jeans. $150 for 3 months is ridiculous."
"I am a big fan of the Brit utility pant, I purchased them in denim 5 years ago, size 10/32. I assumed the sizing had not changed and purchased the saddle brown same size but they are very big. I was on a job and could not wait for the return system and had to use. Very disappointed in the sizing change."

"Loved my first store bought Dovetail. Sturdy thick canvas. This pair the material is not the same canvas. And the inseam nowhere close to a 32". I have to get them hemmed."
"Have a couple of pairs of these pants and wear them all the time. Small thing maybe but why is all the stitching thread grey on this pair of brown pants? It's just kind of bizarre, seems like a mistake. Not going to send them back but ???"
"I am so frustrated with Dovetail's sizing. Before they "retooled" their sizing, I had issues but eventually figured out I was a size 24. I came back because I needed a lighter non-thermal pair, and I really enjoy the style and pockets. I found an old size guide and a new one, compared them, and figured I was a size 18 in the new size guide. I ordered a size 20 since returns aren't free, and they didn't fit! At this point, I won't be ordering again unless every pair of pants has a measurement of the rise and waist of the product in the listing. At very least there should always be a rise classification of low, mid, or high for every style! You'd think a woman owned company would understand and address the need for clear sizing!"
