WHO ARE WE?

We are both a scrappy startup from Portland, OR and the largest exclusively women’s workwear company in the US and Canada. 

We are hardworking women who make hardworking apparel for hardworking women who build, make, farm, fish, and otherwise kick ass in their jobs and lives.

We don't pay people to wear our clothes.
But a lot of inspiring women do.

We’re not obsessed with awards.
But it’s nice to be recognized.

We don't pay magazines to write about us.
But we’re grateful for earned media coverage.

WHAT DO WE MAKE?

We produce top-to-toe apparel, fit for the job and capable of anything in all seasons. We are known for our exceptional canvas and denim pants and overalls, which sport our pioneering pocket systems.

WHY DO WE MAKE IT?

We exist to empower women in nontraditional occupations—and anyone else who appreciates the fit, function, and durability of high-quality women's workwear. Job site gender discrimination is built into the very fabric of women’s workwear. We’re on a passionate mission to change that.

HOW DO WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS?

Our apparel is...

• meticulously patterned after real women's bodies (curves and hips or long and lean, all welcome)
• inclusively sized from size 000-24 with four inseams
• crafted from beautiful custom, cutting-edge fabrics
• tested by hardcore professional women

We are mindful of our environmental impact and proud of our global manufacturing partnerships. They include renowned bar-raising companies such as ISKO in Turkey, Artistic Milliners in Pakistan, and Cone Mills in Mexico.
