When you join us in the women's workwear movement, you help support women in the trades.

We are pleased to partner with Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. Through its three core programs and Oregon Tradeswomen’s annual Career Fair, Oregon Tradeswomen works to:

• Recruit, train, place and retain women in the electrical, mechanical, highway and utility trades
• Encourage middle and high school aged girls to learn about trade career options through hands-on activities
• Address broader issues of economic opportunity, access to apprenticeship training, and workforce development.

When you shop with Dovetail, we donate to the Maven Scholarship Fund. Through this scholarship, women interested in non-traditional careers can get the training they need to succeed. As of December 2017, Dovetail Workwear has contributed $3,000 to the OTI Maven Fund!
